- It was almost 10pm on Friday 7/29 when our trailers tire blew and when I called AJ’s. My car insurance/roadside assistance doesn’t cover trailers.When I called, the guy that answered, said his partner would call me back since he was out of town. I got a call back almost immediately. Gave my location and said he’d be there within 20-25 minutes.I was worried about the distance he would have to take our trailer & mower- we were still an hour and 15/20 minutes from home. He said it wasn’t a problem. … More Hooked everything up and off he went.Once he got to our house, he sent me a picture of where he left the trailer and made sure I was satisfied with where it was.I am extremely satisfied with how my whole experience turned out- from start to finish.
- Fast, responsive service. The gentleman that came out to assess with the smaller truck was able to quickly and efficiently load my vehicle and drop me off with where I needed it to go. Price was on par with other companies. Zero complaints. Will use them again when need arises
- Best towing company in the Louisville area and the out skirts of the Louisville area. The driver got the job done quickly and professionally easy for what I needed with a toolbox and tool cart. I highly recommend this company.

- Great towing service, I was able to schedule a time for my car to be picked up and the guy came when I needed. I was towing a classic car that I was worried might get scratched, but my worries were unfounded. My tow guy took every precaution possible to make sure it got to it's destination just like it was before. The price was very reasonable too. Will definitely call them again if I need their services in the future.
- Came out and towed after calling 5 other companies. AJ's only one who answered up. Anyway they were on time and gave me 10% discount for being 1st time user. I would recommend from my experience.
- Came down for a doctor appointment and the battery had died on the car. I called AJ’s and they sent someone on out. Josh was super friendly and got it started right up!

- My car was stuck in a shopping center parking lot not far from home but it was evening and I was a little nervous. Luckily AJ’s Towing was decent with communication. They texted the pick up time and contacted me when they were 15 minutes out. Two gentlemen arrived, polite, informative, friendly and reassuring. They were absolutely Great!!
- I called AJ's towing at midnight on a weekday to request a tow. They answered the phone right away and sent someone promptly to tow the vehicle from Simpsonville, KY to Louisville, KY. The cost seemed reasonable compared to another company I called first. The person I spoke with on the phone was professional and very pleasant, I believe it was the owner. The driver was accommodating, by allowing two passengers to ride along, which was extremely helpful.

- Granted it was 4th of July and there was only 2 drivers working but AAA and the towing companies they deal with need to have better communication amongst all of them and don't tell someone who is taking care of someone like I am and you tell them your going to be there in a hour be there in an hour. Don't sit there and lie to us about it be honest we the consumer will greatly appreciated.

- My experience today with AJ's was excellent. They got to me in a timely manner, and the service was very considerate and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them for all your towing needs. - After breaking down on 64 and on hold for 2 hours with AAA never getting to talk to a person and other tow service having 2- 2. 1/2 hour wait I called AJ's. He answered !! Said an hour to an hour and a half was there in a little over an hour got me home after setting 5 hours on 64 never so glad to see a tow truck very polite and reasonable. Thank you AJ and helper

- I called later on a Saturday night I knew for sure everywhere was closed, however They picked up and were able to get me scheduled. Guys called promptly to go pickup my truck. They were super nice and professional considering I wasn’t sure if my truck was a 2 wheel or all wheel drive the guys were understanding. I am super grateful.
- Needed to have my car towed to a repair shop. I called the shop to see who they recommended and they gave me a name and price that I considered too high. I called AJ's service and within an hour and a half, my car was at the repair shop. The service was prompt and courteous. He took his time loading my car so as not to cause any damage. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend his services to anybody needing a tow.
- Fantastic Customer Service! The gentlemen who picked up and delivered my car were friendly and professional. - I couldn't have asked for a better towing experience. I got of the phone with them at 11:32, and by 12:10, the driver had met me at the gas station where I had to leave my car, loaded it up, and was already driving it away. The price was good, and the service was fast and professional.

- The box truck from my work shredded a tire on the interstate. Ajs towing was the only company I could find that had a truck to come handle the job. The people in the office were pleasant and efficient, as was the driver. Our truck was picked up within the time frame given and was at the repair shop promptly.
